More specifically, we may need to process your data or share your information in the following situations:

  • Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third- party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Unless described in this Privacy Policy, we do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during, negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  • Third-Party Advertisers. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Site. These companies may use information about your visits to our Site and other websites that are contained in web cookies and other tracking technologies to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Do you use cookies and other tracking technologies?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Where cookie technologies may not be available (for example, in mobile applications), we and third parties may use technologies that perform similar functions to cookies that link identifiers used for advertising on mobile applications to an advertising cookie to coordinate ads across your mobile apps and mobile browser. We may use cross-device tracking, Bluetooth low-energy beacons, ibeacons, audio beacons, and digital fingerprinting to identify and track you when you use different devices. By using the Site, you consent to the use of cookies and tracking technologies described in this Privacy Policy.

We will only keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

How do you keep my information safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your information, transmission of information to and from our Site is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

You must promptly notify us if any of your account data are lost, stolen, or used without permission.

Do you collect information from minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Site. If we learn that information from users younger than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. • Contact us using the contact information provided.

Can I use a do-not-track feature?

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will address such practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

Do you make updates to this policy?

In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time, as we deem appropriate. Upon any such change, we will post the amended Privacy Policy on the Site; we may also attempt to notify you in some other way. Your continued use of the Site following such posting shall constitute your affirmative acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy, the modification, and agreement to abide and be bound by the Privacy Policy, as amended. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy. If at any time you choose not to accept this privacy policy, including following any such modifications hereto, then you must stop using the site.
